Peter McCarthy of EVOO restaurant joined us at the Central Cambridge Farmers' Market for a live cooking demonstration. The crowd loved the ease in which he created a vibrant, textured gazpacho rich with strawberries and crunchy vegetables. All you need is a pot, an immersion blender, and a few simple ingredients for this no-stove-needed refreshing summertime soup.
