Greg Boschetti of Temple Bar in Cambridge demos the perfect flatbread recipe with ease. The dough is topped with spicy Korean chili sauce, crispy pork belly, and mozzarella. The flatbread is baked until cispy on the bottom and gooey on the top. Greg finishes by adding crunchy carrot slivers, house-made pickles, and some cilantro.
