    i want to learn how to get that dough so resilient to take that kind of shaping.

    I made the pizza dough and it was delicious. I did have a little problem with shaping the pizza I did not throw it in the air but I did try to use gravity to shape the dough and had a problem with holes. I let the dough rest a ffew minutes and then tried it again and it wasn't a problem . The pizza sauce was wonderful. Thanks for this very informative video.
