Entrees » Maple Brined Pork Chops
Anthony Caturano of Prezza shows us that a versatile maple syrup can be used as an incredible brine for pork chops. The 24-hour brining process gives way to a quick grilling that seals in the flavors. Add a generous side of maple sweet potatoes and your meal is complete, colorful and absolutely delicious.
