<p>Anthony Caturano is chef/owner of <a href="http://www.prezza.com/">Prezza</a> restaurant in Boston's historic North End. Prezza is named after the ancient Italian town where his grandmother, Elana Ferrelli Caturano, was born.  The tiny village offered its people few choices in their diet. Pork, polenta and vegetables became staples on the table. Families were forced to create unique, flavorful dishes with the foods born from their land. With old-world style and a heavy emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients, Prezza offers overflowing dishes of robust flavors and rich portions. The menu is constantly changing to include seasonal dishes, so guests will always find unique additions alongside house favorites.</p>
