A party punch that could be lights-out if you don't sip slowly. Kelsey Clark floats vanilla bean ice cream atop chilled vodka (lots of it!), green creme de menthe (almost as much!), white chocolate liqueur (quite a bit, thank you very much) and milk. Creamy and delcious, you can ladle it right from the bowl or make it nice and frothy in the blender. Either way, even for a St. Patrick's Day celebration, take it easy. You have been warned!
Ingredients
- 3 cups (24 oz) vanilla vodka
- 2½ cups (20 oz) green creme de menthe
- 2 cups (16 oz) white chocolate liqueur
- 1 cup (8 oz) whole milk
- 1½ qts vanilla bean ice cream
How-to
- At least 3 hours before your party, chill your liquor/liqueurs: keep your vanilla vodka in the freezer, while the green creme de menthe and white chocolate liqueur can only be chilled in the refrigerator
- In a medium-sized punch bowl, add the chilled liquor/liqueurs and milk

Spoon in vanilla ice cream, and serve immediately. As the ice cream melts, it will turn into a delicious milk shake, and will not separate. Cheers!
