Kelsey's Shamrock Float

Serves 30


  • 3 cups (24 oz) vanilla vodka
  • 2½ cups (20 oz) green creme de menthe
  • 2 cups (16 oz) white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 cup (8 oz) whole milk
  • 1½ qts vanilla bean ice cream


  1. At least 3 hours before your party, chill your liquor/liqueurs: keep your vanilla vodka in the freezer, while the green creme de menthe and white chocolate liqueur can only be chilled in the refrigerator
  2. In a medium-sized punch bowl, add the chilled liquor/liqueurs and milk
  3. Spoon in vanilla ice cream, and serve immediately. As the ice cream melts, it will turn into a delicious milk shake, and will not separate. Cheers!
