Gingerbread House <p><a href="/videos/profiles/about-jennifer-verrill">Jennifer Verrill</a> teaches annual <em>Gingerbread House Workshops</em> at <a href="http://verrillfarm.com/">Verrill Farm</a>, so we were thrilled when she shared her design tips with us. She uses meringue powder <a href="/videos/dessert-and-baked-goods/sturdy-royal-icing">Sturdy Royal Icing</a> (no egg whites, so no need for refrigeration) to assemble shapes made from her <a href="/videos/dessert-and-baked-goods/sturdy-gingerbread">Sturdy Gingerbread</a> dough. Then she adds candy, candy and more candy! It's a fun project for kids and grownups, so take photos of your own creation to commemorate the experience.</p>
