Hi, I'm having trouble with this recipe. I LOVE Ginger Betty's in Quincy. I go there whenever I am in the area. I have made this twice and my dough is VERY runny. When I add more flour it just tastes too floury. (if that's a word!) Is it a dry molasses that you are using? Thank you for posting this video!

In the video, she implies that she mixed all of the ingredients (both wet and dry) except for the water. Then she adds the water until it is the correct consistency. However, if you click on the "get recipe" link, they say to mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately then blend together. This makes a muddy mess. We had to add another cup of flour plus probably half of a cup to roll them out and they didn't hold their shape on the way to the cookie sheet. Definitely follow what she says, rather than the instructions on the website.

She made How2Heroes cookies for the Christmas Party, and they were the most delicious gingerbread cookies I have ever had!!
