Erbaluce chef/owner Charles Draghi shares a darkly vibrant cocktail inspired by the masked and cloaked 16th century Italian comedy rogue Scaramouche. Red vermouth, black currant juice, sambuca, creme de cassis and a splash of Prosecco sparkling wine are served in a tall flute glass. Be sure to pause a second to inhale the rich berry aroma just before the first delicious sip.
