Mike Stankovitch, Bar Manager at The Biltmore Bar & Grill, makes an effervescent Bois de Rose ("wood of rose") that's perfect for brunch or cocktail hour. First, a flute glass is "washed" with orange liqueur. Then gin, lemon juice and St~Germain are shaken over ice until nicely chilled, and strained into the liqueur-flavored glass. Rosé Champagne, a few drops of fresh orange oil and an orange twist complete the picture,
