Vittorio Paone's Italian roots and love of cooking brought him from his early days in a bakery, to a formal culinary education at Johnson & Wales. He went on to learn the restaurant ropes at Veronique in Brookline, MA, going through the ranks from prep cook to sous chef. The former executive chef for Boston’s Il Panino Group, Vittorio is now the executive corporate chef at Salvatore's restaurant in Boston, where he shares the traditions he learned as a boy, his own passion for Italian from-scratch cooking, and the knowledge he's gathered in his experiences in kitchens for over 30 years.
