<p> Software product manager by day, enthusiastic foodie and baker by night, Susan Katcher does it all! In between working, organizing fun tastings, and throwing block parties with her friends, Susan also finds time to bake and decorate wedding cakes. Susan&#39;s love of baking started at a young age, when she realized that if she baked the cookies herself she&#39;d not only have warm cookies to eat, but she&#39;d also get to lick the bowl! Susan has made quite a few wedding cakes for friends and family over the years, but her favorite technique is decorating them by using fresh flowers.&nbsp;</p>
