Matt Herron's educational background includes Penn State and Johnson & Wales Universities. But his culinary inspirations struck at an early age, while spending time in the kitchen with his mother. From working in the restaurant business, to Assistant Test Kitchen Director at America's Test Kitchen, Matt knows his way around the food industry and can be found sharing his knowledge and skills as chef instructor at Boston's Le Cordon Bleu.
