<p>A happy singing baker makes for one gem of a chef. Heather Schmidt of <a href="http://www.clearflourbread.com/index.php">Clear Flour Bread </a>started cooking at an early age for her family and never looked back. She attended Johnson &amp; Wales Culinary School and, as if that wasn't enough, graduated from the Berklee College of Music as a voice performance major. We can't think of a better way to spend a day than baking and singing with the wonderful aroma of fresh croissants in the air.</p>
