<p> By day, music producer and engineer, Eric Salt has an interesting night life. He fronts his own band, <a href="http://www.ericsalt.com/">Eric Salt &amp; the Electric City</a>, and plays guitar for &#39;60s soul band <a href="http://www.jennydeemusic.com/">Jenny Dee &amp; the Deelinquents</a>, who in addition to their own gigs have accompanied Rock &amp; Roll Hall of Fame icons such as Ronnie Spector. As well, Eric is involved in the award-winning kids&#39; entertainment band <a href="http://debbieandfriends.net/">Debbie and Friends</a>. Eric&#39;s interest in cooking started while waiting tables, using restaurant downtime to watch chefs in action. His sister, Chef <a href="http://how2heroes.com/videos/profiles/about-yvette-taylor">Yvette Taylor</a>, who juggles as many projects as her brother, is a big supporter of Eric&#39;s culinary endeavors.</p>
