<p> Billy Brandolini, known by friends as Chef Brando, comes from a long line of culinary inspirations. Pretty much his entire family at one time or another was involved in the restaurant business. So from a young age, there was never any doubt that he wanted to follow their lead. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu, Billy honed his skills both in the kitchen and on a snowboard, and can be found dividing his time between the mountains and <a href="http://www.ceia-newburyport.com/index.shtml">Ceia Kitchen + Bar</a>, as Executive Chef, in scenic Newburyport, MA.</p>
