Making your own popsicles isn't only a great way to show your creativity, but it's also a fun way to cool down during hot summer months. Molly Siciliano uses just 4 ingredients in these refreshing pops: raspberries, basil, honey and sparkling water. These frozen treats will have you skipping the ice cream truck... and the gym!
Makes 8-10 popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 pint raspberries
- ¼ cup sliced basil leaves
- 2 tbsp honey
- raspberry sparkling water to fill (about 1 cup)
How-to
- In a small bowl, gently mix together the raspberries, basil and honey
- Distribute mixture amongst popsicle molds (about 4-5 raspberries per mold)
- Slowly pour over raspberry sparkling water to fill each mold
- Top molds with covers and popsicle sticks and freeze at least 3-4 hours before enjoying
