Raspberry-Basil Popsicles

Makes 8-10 popsicles


  • 1 pint raspberries
  • ΒΌ cup sliced basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • raspberry sparkling water to fill (about 1 cup)


  1. In a small bowl, gently mix together the raspberries, basil and honey
  2. Distribute mixture amongst popsicle molds (about 4-5 raspberries per mold)
  3. Slowly pour over raspberry sparkling water to fill each mold
  4. Top molds with covers and popsicle sticks and freeze at least 3-4 hours before enjoying
