You'll throw your tired old tuna salad out the window after you see what Chloe Rosen has cookin' here. Chloe begins by searing a couple skinless salmon fillets and mixing up an asian-inspired vinaigrette. The salmon is cooled and then flaked into bite-sized pieces. Celery, sprouts, scallions, and bok choy join the party on whole wheat ciabatta bread. The salmon sandwiches are finished with a few spoonfuls of the vinaigrette for extra flavor. Chloe's creation will make you second guess your mayonnaise-laced chicken or tuna salad any day.
