Dessert & Baked Goods » Banoffi Pie
Banoffi pie is an English dessert invented at the East Sussex restaurant, the Hungry Monk. It has reached considerable fame since its debut in the mid 1970s, but even the original can't stand up to Joe Brook's rendition. A heavenly combination of toffee, bananas and coffee-laced whipped cream turns a seemingly simple pie into pure magic.
