<p> From art student to Beer Baron, Remi&#39;s passion for beer is evident through his extensive knowledge and appreciation of craft beer. As Manager of The Publick House, he is responsible for hand-picking the fine beers available to his loyal patrons. He&#39;s also had the opportunity to travel to Belgium to hone his Belgian beer expertise which comes in especially handy to Chef Brent (also on this site) who likes to showcase the beers in his cooking.</p>
