To make this classic cocktail, just round up the usual suspects: rums, fruit juices and a splash of orange curacao. Layer it all together in an icy pitcher, and you have yourself a night to remember...or forget.
Ingredients
- ice to fill 64 oz pitcher
- 6 oz white rum
- ½ oz orange curacao
- orange juice (about 1 cup)
- pineapple juice (about 1 cup)
- 1 oz dark rum
- ½ oz 151-proof rum to float
How-to
- Fill pitcher with ice
- Add light rum and orange curacao
- Fill almost to top with orange and pineapple juices
- Top with dark rum, then float 151-proof rum on top
