Susan Regis from Upstairs on the Square shares dad Joey Regis' eggnog recipe. The base is a blend of eggs, sugar, half & half and heavy cream. Susan warns us that it's "Not a drink for sissies!" Bar Manager Augusto Lino lends his mixology expertise (and muscle power), spiking the drink with brandy, spiced rum and Grand Marnier. Topped with freshly-grated nutmeg, it's a rich and creamy holiday treat.
