In 2008, Renee Ouellette needed a summer job and walked into a bakery to seek employment. She was handed a frosting bag, and given a shot at decorating a cake. With no previous decorating experience, she experimented with different pastry tips and taught herself piping techniques on-the-spot. Needless to say, Renee had the job. Today, she works for Erin Erler at Cakes By Erin, where she has seen her already honed artistic abilities and creativity improve even greater.
