About Steffi Johnson <p> Steffi Johnson grew up baking with her mother and grandmother, and has fond memories of Christmas cookie baking marathons around the holidays. In 2005, she adopted a vegan/vegetarian lifestyle and has enjoyed exploring the world of grains, legumes, vegetables and fruits (and has yet to find anything she doesn&#39;t like!). Steffi currently works as a Farmers&#39; Market Coordinator in Providence, Rhode Island, and spends her free time with her dog named Moose.</p>
