About Marc Orfaly <p> Marc&nbsp;Orfaly&nbsp;was initially introduced to cooking by his grandmother. Once he reached that certain age as every teenager does, realizing that the only way to purchase coveted toys was to find a job and earn money, Marc started cooking in restaurants. The more he cooked, the better drum equipment he could afford. Years later, Marc graduated from Johnson &amp; Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts. He has worked stints in highly-acclaimed restaurants on both the East and the West Coast and served as a personal chef for the Tisch family in NYC. Today, he is the Chef/Owner of <a href="http://www.pigalleboston.com/flashmovie.html">Pigalle</a>&nbsp;restaurant in Boston, specializing in quintessential Parisian cuisine. Marc explains that the kitchen fits his personality and interests, as, &quot;drums are loud, the kitchen is loud and I&#39;m kinda loud.&quot;</p>
