About Jared Bacheller
About Jared Bacheller <p> Jared Bacheller&#39;s culinary interest stemmed from the fabulous women bakers in his family. His kitchen experience started as most &mdash; in the dish pit of a restaurant. Jared&#39;s ambition and dedication moved him through the ranks to food preparation where many of his chef co-workers were Culinary Institute of America graduates, and encouraged him to apply to the school for further training. At the Institute, Jared chose to return to his roots and seek a degree in Baking &amp; Pastry. After graduation he worked at Boston&#39;s Ritz Carlton before moving to the Pastry department at <a href="http://lespalier.com/about/">L&#39;Espalier</a>&nbsp;where he currently works under Pastry Chef Jiho Kim.</p>
