<p>Chef Peppino (Shingara Singh) is Executive Chef and co-owner of <a href="http://www.davinciboston.com/ ">Da Vinci Ristorante</a> in Boston. Born in India, Peppino moved to Germany at the age of 16 and lived with an Italian family in the German cit of Hanover. Through this generous family who owned a renowned Italian restaurant, Leonardo Da Vinci, Peppino was immersed in Italian culture and language. He trained with the best chefs, learning everything about traditional Italian cooking. At 23, Peppino moved to Boston where he applied his experience to House of Blues and eventually La Campania. In 2008 Chef Peppino opened Da Vinci Ristorante which was recognized by the James Beard Foundation as "the  notable new restaurant in Boston."</p>
