Classic moussaka is a rustic eggplant casserole but variations exist from Greece, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. This version has roasted eggplant, sliced potatoes, a cinnamon-flavored beef and tomato filling and a creamy mornay sauce (b&eacute;chamel with the addition of cheese). The end result is well worth the clean-up.</p>
