Vegetable Stock
Ingredients
- 3 quarts water
 - 1 cup carrots, peeled & julienne
 - 1 cup celery, julienne
 - 1 cup white onions, julienne
 - 3 star anise
 - 1 tbsp fennel seed
 
How-to
- Bring water to bowl, add vegetables, star anise and fennel seed. Simmer for 45 minutes
 - To make fish stock, add sea bass fish bones, simmer for 30 minutes and strain
 - To make chicken stock, add chicken leg, simmer for 1 hour and strain
