Vegetable Stock


Ingredients

  • 3 quarts water
  • 1 cup carrots, peeled & julienne
  • 1 cup celery, julienne
  • 1 cup white onions, julienne
  • 3 star anise
  • 1 tbsp fennel seed

How-to

  1. Bring water to bowl, add vegetables, star anise and fennel seed. Simmer for 45 minutes
  2. To make fish stock, add sea bass fish bones, simmer for 30 minutes and strain
  3. To make chicken stock, add chicken leg, simmer for 1 hour and strain
