Balsamic & Garlic Dressing


  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp garlic paste (4 parts garlic to 1 part scallion, 1 part yellow onion, bell pepper [optional], ground to a smooth texture in food processor)
  • 1 tsp honey


Make Garlic Paste

  1. Add 4 parts garlic, 1 part scallions, 1 part yellow onions, (optional bell pepper) to a food processor and grind to a smooth paste

Make Dressing

  1. Whisk together olive oil and mustard
  2. Add balsamic vinegar and whisk to combine
  3. Add garlic paste and honey
  4. Add more or less liquid for desired consistency
