Spring Rolls
Ingredients
- ½ head of cabbage, sliced to preserve length
 - handful of white mushrooms
 - handful of carrots, sliced
 - handful of bamboo shoots, sliced
 - handful of wood ear fungus, chopped
 - 3 spring roll skins
 - 1 tsp salt
 - pinch of pepper powder
 - ½ tsp ginger powder
 - ½ tsp chicken broth powder
 - pinch of 5-spice powder
 - ½ tsp sesame oil
 
How-to
- Heat oil to 350º
 - Combine vegetables, seasonings and sesame oil and place on one end of the wrapper
 - Role up and fold in ends
 - Fry until goden brown, about 8-10 minutes
 - Serve with duck sauce or hot mustard
