Immune Booster Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mango
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup strawberries (frozen strawberries work well)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 scoop multivitamin powder with at least 10 mg of zinc (an immune booster)
  • 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1½ cups ice

How-to

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until creamy-smooth and enjoy!
