Spinach, Salami, Provolone Calzone
Serves 2-4
Ingredients
- 1 bag pizza dough
 - 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
 - ½ lb provolone cheese
 - ¼ lb salami
 - 6-8 cups spinach, washed, dried, spine removed
 - 2 eggs beaten
 - sprinkle of water
 
How-to
- Preheat oven to 350º
 - Sprinkle flour on a flat surface
 - Roll the dough into a rectangle
 - Evenly spread cheese, salami, then spinach
 - Gently roll, tucking in the sides
 - Seal edge of dough with a sprinkle of water
 - Baste with the beaten egg
 - Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes or until top is golden brown
