Suggested Snack Pack Ingredients

  • golden or red raspberries
  • star fruit slices
  • papaya slices
  • pineapple slices
  • yogurt covered raisins
  • assorted granola
  • chocolate-dipped pretzels
  • granola bars, cut into pieces
  • dried fruit
  • milk or yogurt


  1. Allow kids to assemble snacks as desired -- getting them involved makes healthy snacking fun, and instills good eating habits! If including milk or yogurt to accompany granola or cereal, pack in a separate, covered container so that they can mix them together later at school when snacking
