Fudge Pops
Makes 6-8
Ingredients
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 cups fat free evaporated milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Special Equipment
- ice pop molds
How-to
- In a small saucepan, whisk together sugar, cornstarch, cocoa
- Stir in evaporated milk
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until mixture comes to a simmer, then stir constantly for another minute or until it begins to thicken
- Stir in vanilla
- Let sit until pan is cool to the touch, then pour liquid into a measuring cup so it's easier to pour into molds. Freeze until firm, at least 4 hours
