Bea's Pie Crust
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - ¼ tsp salt
 - 3 tbsp vegetable shortening
 - 2 tbsp butter
 - 3-4 tbsp cold water
 
How-to
- Mix shortening, butter, and salt with fork
 - Add flour and mix with fork
 - Add cold water, 1 tbsp at a time, and work into flour until it forms a ball
 - Refrigerate for 5 minutes
 - Roll out and place in pie pan and you're ready for your filling
