Turquoise Blue


  • ¾ oz rum
  • ½ oz blue curaçao liqueur
  • ½ oz Midori melon liqueur
  • ¼ oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 wedge of lime for garnish
  • ¼ oz simple syrup (1:1 mixture of sugar diluted in water)
  • ¼ oz ginger beer
  • ice


  1. Add all ingredients except the ginger beer to a glass then fill with ice
  2. Top the glass with a shaker tin and tap in place securely.  Shake vigorously for 5 seconds
  3. Pour ginger beer into a martini glass and strain cocktail ingredients over the ginger beer
  4. Garnish with wedge of lime and serve!
