The Full Blonde Aperitif


  • 1-½ oz gin
  • 1-½ oz Pineau des Charentes (1 part cognac to 3 parts unfermented grape juice)
  • ice
  • a drop or two of orange flower water
  • a twist of lemon


  1. Pour equal part gin and Pineau des Charentes into a glass
  2. Add ice to class and stir well
  3. Strain and pour into a glass
  4. Add a drop or two of orange flavor water to glass
  5. Garnish with a twist of lemon and serve
