Fruit & Almond Smoothie

Serves 1-2

Ingredients

  • 1½ (12 oz) filtered water
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 3 dates
  • ¼ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ cup cherries, pitted (fresh or frozen)

How-to

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender
  2. Blend well on high speed until smooth
  3. Enjoy immediately
