Raspberry Lime Rickey Martini


  • handful of raspberries, muddled
  • 1 oz lime juice + 1 disk of lime for garnish
  • 1 oz simple syrup (1:1 mixture of sugar dissolved in water)
  • 2 oz gin
  • ice

Special Equipment

  • muddler
  • shaker
  • cocktail strainer


  1. Slice a garnish of lime and set aside
  2. In a tall glass, muddle a handful of raspberries until crushed and juicy
  3. Add lime juice, simple syrup and gin
  4. Fill with ice, top with a shaker top, and shake about 5 seconds
  5. Strain into a martini glass
  6. Squeeze in a few drops of lime and garnish with the lime disk
