- splash of St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- raspberry puree or muddled fresh raspberries
- ice
- champagne
How-to
- In a tall glass, add a splash of St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- Add raspberry puree or muddled fresh raspberries
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously
- Strain into a tulip glass and top with champagne
