Pink Goose


  • 3 basil leaves, sliced
  • few cubes of watermelon
  • ice
  • 3 oz vodka
  • ½ oz port wine
  • splash of watermelon mixer
  • splash of simple syrup (equal parts water & sugar heated until sugar dissolves, then cooled)


  • cubed watermelon skewer


  1. Muddle basil and watermelon
  2. Add ice, vodka, port wine, watermelon mixer and simple syrup
  3. Shake well, then strain into a martini glass
  4. Garnish with cubed watermelon
