Old Man Maple
Makes 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon
- 3-4 dashes bitters
- ½ oz pure maple syrup
- ice to fill shaker & glass
- club soda to fill
- crispy bacon strip
How-to
- Add bourbon, maple syrup and bitters to a shaker
- Fill with ice, cap and shake vigorously
- Strain over an old fashioned glass filled with ice
- Top with soda water and garnish with a crispy bacon strip
