Italian 75 Cocktail


  • 1½ oz Berkshire Mountain gin
  • juice of half or whole blood orange + a slice of blood orange for garnish
  • ¾ oz simple syrup (equal parts sugar & water)
  • splash of prosecco (sparkling wine)
  • crushed ice


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add gin, blood orange juice and simple syrup. Stir until chilled
  3. Strain over crushed ice
  4. Finish with a splash of prosecco
  5. Garnish with a blood orange slice
