Chocolate Cream Liqueur

Makes About 2½ Pints


  • 2 cups dark rum
  • 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chocolate syrup
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp coconut extract

Special Equipment

  • blender
  • large bottle or several small bottles with tight-fitting lid


  1. Put all of the ingredients in order in a sturdy blender. Blend on high1 minute, until smooth and well combined
  2. Pour into 1 large bottle or a number of smaller bottles or jars with tight-fitting lids. Seal and refrigerate
  3. Consume within 2 weeks

Suggested Use:

  1. Combine 1 oz chocolate cream liqueur with 2 oz vodka in a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass
  3. Garnish with a candy cane

Note: To give as a gift, add a "consume by" date and note that the bottle should be shaken well before use
