  • lemon swath


  1. Place a sugar cube in a glass and add a splash of absinthe
  2. Fill a fluteĀ glass with sparkling wine
  3. Add the absinthe-soaked sugar cube
  4. Float Ā¾ oz Calvados
  5. Finish with a lemon swath
