Tuscan White Bean Spread w/ Truffle Oil
Ingredients
    
          - 1 (16-oz) can white beans (cannellini beans used in this recipe)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 
- ½ - 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (thyme or mint)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp water as needed for desired texture 
- drizzle of white truffle oil

          - grilled focaccia
- pita chips
- crostini
- marinated olives

How-to
	- 
		Rinse and drain the canned beans
- 
		Combine beans, oil, thyme or rosemary, lemon juice and garlic in a food processor
- 
		Purée until smooth yet still with some texture. Add water if too thick
- 
		When it has reached the desired texture, transfer the bean purée to a small bowl
- 
		Taste and season as desired
- 
		Drizzle with truffle oil
- 
		Serve with grilled focaccia or Italian bread, pita chips, crostini and marinated olives
