Boiling, Peeling & Eating Crawfish

Ingredients

  • Large pot - ½ full of water
  • 2-3 lemons
  • ½ pkg Louisiana Crab & Crawfish Boil (pkg is 16 oz - instructions are also on pkg)
  • 5 lbs of live Crawfish

How-to

  1. Boil water
  2. Add lemons and crawfish boil to water
  3. Boil for 5 minutes
  4. Add Crawfish
  5. When water boils again, cook Crawfish for 8-10 minutes
  6. Turn off fire
  7. Let sit for 5-8 minutes
  8. Strain
  9. Eat and enjoy!
